Calne Town Hall is a majestic Victorian building, located in the heart of this charming Wiltshire market town. Completed in 1886 on the site of the old town mill, the Town Hall is the administration seat of the Town Council. It also offers a range of function rooms for hire by the general public.

Business Meetings & Conferences
The Town Hall is an ideal setting for your business meeting requirements. The varying sizes of the three main function rooms offer flexible accommodation for all manner of business purposes.
The Council Chamber is the ideal setting for smaller business meetings away from your premises. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
The Corn Exchange is a medium sized room located on the ground floor of the building. This room can cater for meeting and seminar audiences of up to 80 people.

The Large Hall is located on the first floor of the building. Meetings, conferences, AGM’s and exhibitions are ideally suited to this space and the room can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people.
Organising your conference
You can hire rooms at the Town Hall on a room fee basis and undertake all the necessary catering and room set up arrangements yourself, or if you prefer you can take advantage of our competitive Day Delegate Rates, and we will set the room out for you and arrange for catering from a select list of local suppliers.
Day Delegate rates are available for groups of 8 or more. This is a simple and easy way for organising your function.
Corporate Parties

Civil Wedding & Naming Ceremonies
The Town Hall is a licensed venue for Civil Weddings, Renewal of Vows and Baby Naming Ceremonies, providing the ideal setting for your special day.
Dependant on your plans, you could hire the whole building for your ceremony and reception or simply hire one of our smaller celebration rooms for a more intimate ceremony, it really is up to you.
