Calne Spring Sing
Saturday 26th April
This is a celebration of choir music and the human voice. Choirs from Calne and neighbouring communities will join together in a day of music with performances at various locations around the town. Calne Business Fair 2014
Saturday 17th May
The first Calne Business Fair will open its doors on 17th May 2014 to promote and celebrate the many diverse small and micro businesses of the SN11 area.
Calne Town & Calne Without Neighbourhood Area
An application has been submitted from Calne Town and Calne Without to designate their joint area as a neighbourhood area so that a joint neighbourhood plan and a separate renewable energy Neighbourhood Development Order (NDO) can be undertaken.
The results of the Calne Masterplanning Exhibition and Workshop Outcome Report and information regarding the public consultation of the reshaping of the town.
Town Crier's Competition

OYEZ OYEZ OYEZ! Going back in time to Medieval England........Town Crier's from all over the UK will descend on Calne for the day, turning Beach Terrace into a colourful and dramatic spectacle. Please come and join us for what promises to be an entertaining day beside the river. 1st Cry - 11.30am - 1.15pm. 2nd Cry = 2.45pm - 4.30pm.

JOIN THE PARTY! Calne's Summer Festival is growing even bigger this year, with favourite attractions such as craft stalls, food markets. Jennings Fun Fair and the Samba Band. there will also be donkey rides, Punch and Judy shows, a surf simulator, face painting and circus skills. Other surprises will appear on the day.
The National Amed Forces Parade will start the day with the carnival procession concluding the event. The big floats are back in numbers accompanied by smaller vehicles and walking entrants. Everything you could wish for will be in the town centre; food, drink, entertainment, fun and laughter. Make sure you have the date in your diary, you don't want to miss it.
